AskAnalyst.com's financial outsourcing team is comprised of professional equity research analysts with extensive experience in equity research analysis.
Most of our financial analysts are candidates in the CFA Program (levels 1 to 3) and all of our analysts adhere to the CFA Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. We vigorously control the quality of our research and encourage all of our analysts to adopt the latest techniques to maintain a leading edge in the industry.
Our equity research analysts have worked on hundreds of stocks from a wide number of sectors: Basic materials, Capital goods, Consumer goods, Energy (Oil & Gas, alternative energy), Healthcare, Services, Technology (including hi-tech, biotech, IT), Transportation and others. Most of these companies had market capitalisation between $50 million and $5 billion trading on NYSE, NASDAQ, OTCBB, AMEX, TSX, LSE, Euronext.

We are a small team of independent equity research analysts based in Chisinau, Moldova. Most team members are "on-demand" analysts and are assigned tasks when our core staff cannot face the workload. This allows us to maintain flexibility and keep our costs down, in turn keeping our prices competitive.
All team members have worked together in the past and we do not assign reports to untested analysts. In order to join our research team, an analyst has to prove his/her skills in the equity research field.
Vitalie Eremia is our Head of Research. He passed the Level 3 CFA exam in June 2008 and will obtain his CFA charter when the work experience requirement is met. Vitalie has a strong background in financial modelling and industry research. He began his career in finance while studying in university, devoting most of his time to a demanding job in a leading microfinance institution, where in a short time he progressed from a project assistant to an accountant. His excellent command of English language comes from two years of studies in the UK.
